1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement") govern the relationship between 29bdt (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services made available at 29bdt.bet. The Platform provides online casino gaming, sports betting, and related services to eligible players in accordance with these terms.

By creating an account on 29bdt, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you accept its terms without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Platform.

29bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the Platform's internal messaging system or by SMS to the registered mobile number. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to 29bdt and all services provided therein is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ Registration by or on behalf of any person under 18 years of age is strictly forbidden and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be classified as a problem gambler or be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion with 29bdt or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

29bdt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a Player is found to have misrepresented their age or eligibility, 29bdt will immediately close the account, forfeit any winnings, and return the net deposited amount (after any bonuses are deducted) in accordance with applicable procedures. 29bdt operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.

Age Verification Procedure

All players are required to complete identity and age verification (commonly known as KYC — Know Your Customer) before any withdrawal can be processed. Acceptable forms of identification include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. The verification process is conducted in accordance with 29bdt's Privacy Policy and relevant data protection standards.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) 29bdt account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all such accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus winnings forfeited in their entirety.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any of the submitted details change. 29bdt is not liable for any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 29bdt login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact 29bdt customer support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform.

Single Currency

All 29bdt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote monetary amounts in BDT. Currency conversion is not supported. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

29bdt supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 29bdt account balance instantly upon confirmation by the respective mobile financial service provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours to reflect, depending on the originating bank. 29bdt does not charge any platform fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 29bdt finance team within 15 minutes to 4 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 29bdt reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing any withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 29bdt account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposit Restrictions

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from anonymous, unverified, or third-party accounts will be returned where technically possible and may result in account suspension. 29bdt reserves the right to block any deposit method at its sole discretion if it determines that the method poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited financial activity.

5. Bonus & Promotions

29bdt offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket season specials. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses expire at 23:59 BST on the final day of the validity window.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is still active may result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. Refer to individual promotion pages for the full contribution table.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is ৳500 per round or spin unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is pending may result in bonus forfeiture.
• 29bdt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably believes that the bonus is being abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse Policy

29bdt employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that may be considered abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"), coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus and associated winnings voided, and their account may be permanently suspended.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

29bdt is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer games or live dealer tables.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the Platform's underlying systems, servers, databases, or security infrastructure.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 29bdt staff or other players via any communication channel on or connected to the Platform.

Random Number Generator (RNG) Integrity

All casino games hosted on 29bdt use certified random number generators provided by the respective game developers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and Spribe. RNG outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by 29bdt or any player. Crash games such as Aviator use Spribe's provably fair algorithm, which allows players to independently verify the fairness of each round outcome after it concludes.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

Any player may request closure of their 29bdt account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, 29bdt will process the request within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements. Pending bonus wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension or Closure by 29bdt

29bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in this Agreement, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Submission of fraudulent, forged, or unverifiable identity documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in Section 2.

In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud or criminal activity, 29bdt may withhold funds pending investigation and is not obligated to return balances until such investigations are concluded. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a formal dispute via the support email address published on this Platform.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 29bdt will notify the player via their registered mobile number prior to applying a dormancy administration fee. A monthly fee of ৳200 will be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account. Reactivation requires a successful login and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 29bdt, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

• Errors, interruptions, or delays in Platform availability caused by factors outside 29bdt's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, mobile network congestion, power failures, or acts of God.
• Losses incurred as a direct result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from individual wagers, game outcomes, or betting decisions made by the Player.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any reliance placed by a Player on information provided on the Platform that is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.

In all circumstances, 29bdt's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player, regardless of the nature or basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). 29bdt commits to acknowledging all formal written disputes within 5 business days and providing a final response within 28 calendar days of receipt.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable product-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between the Player and 29bdt with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
